Jagdish Gehlot is the visionary behind JJ Performing Arts Academy, driven by a passion for creating a platform where creativity and talent can flourish. With years of experience in the creative industry, he has played a significant role in shaping the academy’s vision and fostering a vibrant artistic community.
As the Managing Director, Jagdish oversees the academy’s growth, program development, and overall learning experience. His commitment to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for learners of all ages continues to inspire students, mentors, and the wider performing arts community.
Debatri Biswas
Debatri Biswas is an accomplished dance educator known for her graceful artistry and experienced in Khatak, Bharatanatyam and Western Dance. Dedication to preserving the richness of classical dance while embracing contemporary expression. Having trained under the legendary Pandit Birju Maharaj Ji, she brings exceptional knowledge, discipline, and creativity to every class.
Debatri mentors students with a balanced approach that strengthens technique, performance skills, and artistic confidence. Her passion for teaching inspires dancers to appreciate tradition while exploring their own unique style and expression.
Dileep Mali
Our Marketing Head & Event Manager is dedicated to expanding the reach of JJ Performing Arts Academy through innovative marketing strategies, impactful branding, and memorable events. From planning workshops, competitions, and performances to building strong relationships with schools, corporates, and communities, they ensure every event reflects our commitment to creativity, excellence, and student growth while creating exceptional experiences for our learners and partners.
Yean Cheng Snal Sangma
With over five years of teaching experience, Yean Cheng Snal Sangma is a passionate music educator dedicated to helping students discover their musical potential. Specializing in Guitar, Keyboard, and Ukulele, Yean creates an engaging and supportive learning environment where students of all ages can build strong technical foundations while developing creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Beyond instrumental training, Yean brings expertise in Music Performance, Music Composition, and Curriculum Development, ensuring every lesson is structured, inspiring, and tailored to individual learning goals. By combining practical instruction with performance opportunities and creative exploration, Yean empowers students to grow as confident musicians and expressive performers.
Dharmaraj Acharya
Dharmaraj Acharya is a nationally recognized performer and the founder of IMC India, with extensive experience across multiple dance styles. His energetic teaching style and commitment to excellence encourage students to push their creative boundaries and perform with confidence.
Specializing in Hip-Hop, Bollywood, Contemporary, and freestyle dance, Dharmaraj combines strong technical training with innovative choreography. His mentorship empowers dancers to develop versatility, stage presence, and a genuine passion for the art of movement.

Our Operations Head & Centre Manager ensures the seamless functioning of JJ Performing Arts Academy by overseeing daily operations, managing instructors and student services, coordinating school partnerships, planning events, maintaining quality standards, and delivering an exceptional learning experience.
